Accommodations:

There is a block of hotel rooms reserved at the Best Western in Simcoe for our guests to book.

203 Queensway West, Simcoe, ON.

Booking with this hotel will provide guests access to a shuttle bus both to and from the venue.

Guests have until 45 days prior to the wedding to reserve a room using the block we’ve booked (April 7th 2026 is the last day to book with the room block).

Past this date the Best Western may still have rooms available to book, but it is not guaranteed. There are additional accomodations closer to the venue (Airbnb’s, etc.) that we encourage our guests to look into if they require a place to stay, and choose not to book through the hotel with a shuttle.

Guest Dress Code Description:

Our wedding is taking place at a botanical garden in the spring, which (hopefully) means lots of bright greenery and flowers. We want to see our guests in formal attire that matches the nature of our venue. Think vibrant summer colours, or soft springy shades. We encourage people to wear something that makes them feel both fancy and comfortable. So flowy fabrics, and light materials. We want to see both guys and girls in their brightest spring formal attire. Below are some inspiration pictures.

Wedding Party Attire:

The bridal party will be wearing a bright green shade, similar to the colour you see around the borders of some of this website's pages. Feel free to still wear green, but unless you want to be memorialized as a bridesmaid in accidental photo ops, we’d suggest picking a slightly different shade. All other colours are perfectly acceptable, as the groomsmen will be wearing black.

Important Times:

Here is a small list of important times guests should take note of, especially the ceremony start time (4:45 PM). 

Other important dates/times related to smaller events/groups of people will be communicated individually. 

Ex: Bridal shower, Rehearsal dinner, etc.
